"Friday afternoon on 03/07/2025, my husband and I went were out looking for a new insurance company, (fyi I liked our last agent, just to expensive to stay) the staff inside the office was just so friendly, and that stuck with us. I am so grateful for Ashlee, we were looking for a new insurance for our car and home, and she helped us , we were looking around and because of her sweet personality , and the staffs friendliness and helping us save money on our home and vehicle insurance we chose Houston Richards -State Farm Insurance. "not ethical this agent did not pay me and or my commissions, will investigate this further with the labor department I have been sick and haven't been able to do so. ladies and gentlemen below is a pathetic response to someone who is trying to weasel their way how to find how not to pay someone and use power to not pay their employees. Its okay you obviously need the money more than I do. Karma takes care of every situation :)"
